Thankfully no one was hurt in this accident, but Georgia law enforcement authorities still treat drunk driving very seriously. If he is found guilty, he could face prison time, the loss of his license and other penalties. However, he is entitled to his day in court, and an attorney will carefully review the facts of the case and build a strong defense from the results.
